GRAND OPENING OF
NEW LIBRARY AND BOOK ROOM

BEVERLY GUMM AND DYLAN SIMPSON

.
GRAND OPENING OF OUR LIBRARY/BOOK ROOM, WAS SUNDAY Dec 14, 2009.  It keeps expanding and now some bookcases have had to be added outside of the library.    Be sure to stop by, look in, check out a book, tape or CD. Librarian Beverly Gumm will assist you.  She and Linda Harpe have put many hours into getting this library/book room ready.
More donated books, videos, DVD, CD's etc. may be brought anytime. They must be Biblical and Baptistic.  Christian novels, histories, commentaries, etc. If they wish, a donation name tag may be placed in the donated item to identify the generous giver.  Some new things may be available to purchase at our cost.  This room will be non-profit.
We have had to add additional book shelves inside to handle all of the books which have been donated. This library has exceeded our expectations.  It is very nice and comfortable to step inside.
You may check out a book for as long as you wish.  We will have a card file on who has the item checked out and if it needs to be returned for someone else to use, they will be contacted.
There has been donated by the Pastor some good Baptist history books which are now out of print. These must be well cared for as they cannot be replaced.
Those who plan to visit the room may do so during the times listed on the library door.  Linda Harpe has compiled a computer list of all volumes  in our library.
